OLIVER'S STORY

Hey I’m Oliver, I’m from a Roman Catholic family and I came out at 12 but not on purpose, I told someone who told someone else until I got back to my mother and father, my mother thought it was an April Fools joke and I think she still does, she’s never been overly happy about me being gay and I’ve heard her pray to god that I turn straight, I’ve had straight convention therapy my mother still hasn’t accepted it but it’s better, I’m extremely comfortable within my sexuality and person even tho I’ve run through some rough patches such as my mother kicking me out and making me homeless for 2 months, I’m happy within myself and I always have a smile on my face. I’m now a singing teacher to LGBT students and I’m also a mentor of such to them too.
